Director of Human Resources Elected President of SESHRM

TranSource South Dakota is pleased to announce Director of Human Resources, Monique Vanden Heuvel, SHRM-CP, PHR has been elected to the 2023-25 SESHRM Board of Directors.  Monique has been elected to the President role and will be serving in a three-year role as President-Elect, President, and Past President.

The Sioux Empire SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) is the foremost association for SHRM members and human resource professionals in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. The association has approximately 400+ members.  The SESHRM website states, “SESHRM is the premier organization in the Sioux Falls area for HR networking, information, professional development, and more.” 

Monique joined TranSource South Dakota in December of 2021.  She has a professional background in the human resources field and has worked in various industries including staffing and recruitment, healthcare, and hospitality management.  Monique has extensive experience providing support and guidance to managers and executive staff, for recruitment and employment, training and development, labor relations, benefits administration, and the development of organizational cultures.
