UPDATE: TranSource Team Competing in Mack Masters Global Competition

Transource Truck & Equipment in Aberdeen has a team of four competing in the Mack Masters competition. ‘The A-Team’ members are Nick, Betsy, Jeremy, and Jeff.

The competition is back after a four-year hiatus. It is open to employees of authorized Mack Trucks, Inc. dealers. Mack Masters is a global training event held by Mack Trucks Academy. The goal is to train, celebrate, and promote teamwork, which, in turn, will improve customer satisfaction. The competition is a mix of technical, service, parts, and warranty challenges. There are three rounds of competition that started in March. The goal is to earn the top online ranking in your area to earn your spot in the finals. The 2023 Mack Masters finals will take place in Allentown, PA, and New York City, NY in October with a live hands-on finale.

UPDATE: April 21, 2023

'The A-Team' has completed their first round of competition! They scored a 23 out of a possible 25. They are now tied for third place with several other teams. The A-Team is patiently waiting for the next round of questions. Hopefully, the next round will help the team break away from the pack and move up that scoreboard!
